today is my second day to marching at taman....
today i ran 6 round of  the small taman....
tired......=(
but this is not the worst ....

my face and neck are "burnt"..
very ugly......=(

yesterday i heard 3 songs from the channel 301...
wow!damn nice!
so i from them from youtube....
